Kestrel has over 10 years experience as a sofware engineer in the information technology and software development industries. He has worked for small businesses through to large educational institutions.

Kestrel gained his experience working for Victoria University, iP3 and Information Process Technology. His career has seen him in various roles ranging from computer technician, system administration, network administration, software engineering and management.

Kestrel's major area of expertise is in Business to Business (B2B) Supply Chain solutions with a focus on procurement, sales and logistics. He has been involved in the development and implementation of solutions across Australia, China, Hong Kong and New Zealand for companies such as: Country Road, Oroton Group, Spotlight, Pacific Networks, Telstra Clear NZ, Hendersons, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Jade Corporation.
