Trainer Profile: Ms Bronwyn McLaws

Bronwyn McLaws has been involved in the cleaning industry for 15 years, the past nine as a registered trainer. Now, running her own Registered Training Organisation (RTO) InSync Training Solutions Pty Ltd, based at Mount Barker in the Adelaide Hills, she had her beginnings in the cleaning industry cleaning in a wide range of premises - private homes, offices, warehouses, food courts and restaurants from 1995 - 2000. In 2002 Bronwyn ran her own cleaning business in Sydney servicing clients in private homes, offices, and warehouses.

Bronwyn entered the VET Sector as a trainer / assessor after being asked to work for a private training company in Sydney. Having completed qualifications in the Certificates II, III and IV in Asset Maintenance and gaining the Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessing by 2003, she continued working as a sub-contractor for several RTO's delivering the Certificates II and III in Asset Maintenance in Sydney from 2002-2005.

Upon moving to Adelaide in 2005, she began work with local RTO as a Training and Development Officer in Asset Maintenance and Health Support Services. Her original role involved the development of two departments in Asset Maintenance and Health Support Services. This involved training and assessment, resource development, on-going communication with all clients.

  • Certificate II & III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) Australian Learning Institute

  • Accreditation in Senior First Aid, Kid Care, CPR
  • Australian Health & Safety, State Training Services.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessing, Anthony Stone Consultants
  • Certificate II and III in Health Support Services (Cleaning Operations), ETS

Bronwyn has a strong desire to see an outcome for all stakeholders including clients, and students and is well qualified to oversee the implementation of quality training at all levels. Her continued focus and passion is on client consultation, quality outcomes and satisfaction.
